PAYMENT PLAN

To facilitate your early bookings for reservations and confirmation, special arrangements have been made with our hotel and ground transportation suppliers as follows.

1. You can make a confirmed reservation and booking at any time with a US$50 per person (for costs incurred) non-refundable deposit. This deposit is part of your payment of the full package price and not an extra payment. Please note final payment is due no later than 30 days from your travel arrival date.
2. You can choose to make further payment/s at any period suitable to you for any amount, providing full balance is paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
3. Bookings made 30 days or less from travel date, full payment is required with your request of confirmation.
4. Credit card will not be processed at any time if space is not available. We will get back to you.
5. Should space be available credit card will be processed for amount shown.
6. Please note each airline has their own terms and condition governing their inventory, you will be advised at time of enquiry when payments are to be made for these discounted airline seats should this be part of your package.
